Can I bring my own garments?
Of course!
Bring them to the shop and we’ll see if they can be personalised and which technique would be best (every fabric is different!).
What's the minimum order quantity?
The minimum quantity is 1! So you have no excuse not to bring your designs to life!

At D-talle we use practically all of them. We do:

How long does it take to produce and ship my order?
Your order starts being produced (if we have stock) within 1 to 2 days of the order arriving, depending on our production workload.
If you choose express shipping, we’ll put your order first in the queue to guarantee it’s in your hands within 48/72h.
When your order is ready and handed to the courier, you’ll receive a notification email.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is FREE for orders over €50.
For orders under €50, shipping costs are:
Standard shipping rate (Correos, 48/72 working hours): €6.95 on the mainland and €4.50 in the Balearic Islands.
Express shipping rate (Correos Premium, 24/48 working hours): €8.50 on the mainland and €5.50 in the Balearic Islands.
Same-day production and 24 h express shipping (Nacex, order before 11:30): €30.
Portugal: €9.95 (free from €50). Europe: €20 (Germany, France, Italy, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Austria, Ireland, Denmark, Sweden, Greece) or €27.90 (rest of the EU), free from €150.
We recommend adding the products to the basket to see exact shipping costs on the order page.
We currently don’t ship to the Canary Islands.
For store collection, we’ll send an email and WhatsApp as soon as the order is ready.

Payments made through PayPal are just as secure; your financial information stays private as you only need an email and password to pay.
If I have a discount coupon, how do I apply it?
The discount coupon is a code you can use in our online shop to get a discount or offer.
We promote discount coupons for our customers on special dates through the newsletter.
To use your discount coupon, just enter the coupon code in the shopping cart where it says “Have a coupon?”. If it’s valid, the discount will be applied automatically to your order total.
Is the product quality good?
At D-talle we care a lot about our customers’ satisfaction, which is why we only use premium-quality garments with a 100% cotton composition. All garments have sizes that fit perfectly and several models to choose from to suit your taste.
All D-talle personalised items that aren’t garments are sourced from the best suppliers to offer a quality final product.
Printing methods
- For all garments or textiles such as t-shirts, hoodies, baby bodysuits, fabric bags, etc., we use direct-to-garment printing (DTG).
This method is one of the most revolutionary and innovative for personalising garments or textile products and gives us a quality similar to screen printing, and even better for runs from 1 unit.
We use a latest-generation EPSON printer to print all our original designs or all your personalised designs uploaded to our designer in .PNG or .JPG format, giving a result very faithful to the original design and keeping colours vivid, quality gradients, well-defined text, etc.
Advantages of the DTG method:
- Supports up to 16 million colours.
- Ideal for personalising textiles with colourful drawings, outlines, distressed effects or shadows.
- Optimal quality similar to screen printing.
- Production from 1 unit.
For other types of products such as our mugs, face masks, puzzles, magnets, etc., we use the sublimation method.
Basically, we transfer your design onto the surface to be personalised using pressure and heat with a transfer press. The ink turns into vapour and penetrates the objects and different materials, turning the ink back into a solid.
Washing instructions
- Wash in cold water or at a temperature no higher than 30°C.
- Do not tumble dry after washing, as it ruins the fabric and the design would be affected.
- Do not iron over the print; you can do it with the garment inside out.
- Do not use bleach.
How can I personalise a gift?
In our shop you can personalise t-shirts and all the gifts in our catalogue with our designer:
1) In the “Personalise it” tab, choose the product you want to personalise.
2) Now just click “Upload image” – it accepts JPEG, PNG, PDF, EPS and AI formats.
If the photo or image you want to use is too small, our designer will warn you that your image resolution is too low and the final product quality won’t be optimal. We recommend images have a resolution of 120 dpi and a size equal to the print area.
Our designer offers tools to edit your image and apply filters, change saturation, colour, brightness, etc.
3) In “Product variations“, you can change the colour of the t-shirt, hoodie or mug and, depending on the product, change the size or shape.
4) In “Text“, you can easily add text and choose your favourite font, change the colour and size.
5) You can see your final product with our 3D view, the best way to see your final design from every angle. There’s also an augmented reality option to see your design in the real world through your phone – it’s amazing!
Once your original design is finished, you can add the product to your basket or save the design (no account needed). You can also share it with others or download it as a PDF.
What types of graphics does D-talle accept?
At D-talle you can use JPEG, PNG images and we also accept formats such as: PDF, EPS and AI.
PNG images are useful if you want to use an image without a background, i.e. transparent.
Other formats such as GIF, TIFF, BMP, PSD are not supported, but you can always convert them online or with an image-editing tool such as Photoshop.
What size should I upload images at?
Image format:
At D-talle you can use JPEG, PNG images and we also accept formats such as: PDF, EPS and AI.
PNG images are useful if you want to use an image without a background, i.e. transparent.
White background:
If you upload an image with a white background, it will be printed. To avoid printing the white background, use transparent images without a background in PNG format.
Image size and resolution:
All formats we accept must be a maximum of 4 MB.
All formats must have a minimum resolution of 120 dpi to guarantee an optimal print result. We recommend the image is at least the same size as the item’s print area; you can always resize the image down without losing quality, but not up.
