1. What are Points and what are they for?
At D-talle we want to reward you for every purchase you make and turn the amount you spend into Points.
Points are a virtual currency you can use on your next purchases to get a discount in Euros and save money.
2. How do I earn Points?
You’ll accumulate Points with every purchase in our online shop. For every €1 you’ll receive 1 Point. Remember that all D-talle Points never expire and you can redeem them at any time.
3. How much can I save with Points?
100 Points equal €5. For example, if you’ve accumulated 1,000 Points, you can take €50 off your next purchase.
4. How do I apply Points to my order?
STEP 1: Go to “View cart” or “Checkout“. To do this, click the relevant button in the “My Basket” dropdown.
STEP 2: The Points system will show a yellow notification reminding you how many Points you have and the equivalent discount. You can choose how many Points to use on your purchase; the rest will be saved for future orders.
Now just click “Apply discount” and you’ll see the discount applied automatically to your order total.
5. Where can I check my accumulated Points?
You can check how many Points you’ve accumulated in “My Account” (top right tab). From the main “My Account” page you can see the total Points balance you’ve accumulated to use on your next orders.
In the “Orders” tab you can see a history of all your purchases and the discounts applied to each order.
