Base item: Glossy ceramic finish, 325 ml (11 oz), 8 × 9.5 cm.

Black ceramic mug with a glossy finish and a white panel of around 19 × 8 cm where your design is printed in full colour; the rest of the mug stays black, giving contrast to the design. It’s both microwave and dishwasher safe, and comes in a protective box.

Make it yours

Upload your photo, logo or quote in the personaliser and place it on the white panel; you’ll see the result in 3D before you buy. Designs with a dark or black background blend especially well with the rest of the mug. For weddings, communions or corporate events, ask for a quote by quantity.

Printing technique

We print it in Mallorca using sublimation on the mug’s white panel: the ink becomes part of the coating, with vivid colours that contrast against the black of the rest of the piece. Printed to order.

Care

It’s microwave and dishwasher safe; even so, hand washing it now and then helps the colours last longer. More questions in our FAQ.

Frequently asked questions

How do I personalise it?

Upload your photo, text or logo on the product page with the configurator and preview it before you buy. If the configurator gives you trouble, message us on WhatsApp telling us what you want and on which mug, and we’ll set it up free.

What photo or file do I need?

Any well-lit, in-focus photo works, with a minimum of 300 dpi at print size; for text or a logo, send us a PNG with a transparent background or a PDF/SVG file. If your photo falls short of that, our basic design service (10 €) improves it and removes the background.

Is it dishwasher and microwave safe?

And generally copes with the dishwasher and microwave, unless the product page says otherwise (some metallic, magic or special-effect mugs are hand-wash only). Just avoid abrasive scourers and very harsh detergents.

How long does the print last?

We print using sublimation, designed to keep the colour solid and stop it lifting with daily use. With normal care (no metal scourers or harsh detergents) it keeps its intensity wash after wash, whether you clean it by hand or in the dishwasher.
