The mug

White ceramic mug, microwave and dishwasher safe, with full edge-to-edge print: we leave no margins, so your design covers the whole visible surface. It holds 325 ml, just the right amount for your daily coffee, hot chocolate or tea, and comes in a small protective box so it arrives in perfect condition.

With our online personaliser you upload your photo or design, or write a message, place it on the mug and see the result in 3D before you buy. In five minutes you’ll have a one-of-a-kind mug, different from anything bought off the shelf. It works great with portraits, your kids’ drawings or your company logo. Printing and care

Printing technique

We print it in Mallorca using sublimation: the ink becomes part of the ceramic coating, with no texture or stickers, giving bold colours and a sharp photo right to the edge. Each mug is printed to order.

Care

It’s microwave and dishwasher safe, though for the print to last longer we recommend hand washing it now and then and avoiding abrasive scourers. More questions in our FAQ.

Frequently asked questions

How do I personalise it?

Upload your photo, text or logo on the product page with the configurator and preview it before you buy. If the configurator gives you trouble, message us on WhatsApp telling us what you want and on which mug, and we’ll set it up free.

What photo or file do I need?

Any well-lit, in-focus photo works, with a minimum of 300 dpi at print size; for text or a logo, send us a PNG with a transparent background or a PDF/SVG file. If your photo falls short of that, our basic design service (10 €) improves it and removes the background.

Is it dishwasher and microwave safe?

This mug holds 325 ml and generally copes with the dishwasher and microwave, unless the product page says otherwise (some metallic, magic or special-effect mugs are hand-wash only). Just avoid abrasive scourers and very harsh detergents.

How long does the print last?

We print using sublimation, designed to keep the colour solid and stop it lifting with daily use. With normal care (no metal scourers or harsh detergents) it keeps its intensity wash after wash, whether you clean it by hand or in the dishwasher.
