The acrylic

15 mm acrylic panel, much thicker than budget formats, giving stability, presence and a finish with a sense of depth: the image looks embedded within the material rather than stuck on top. It can be stood on any surface or hung on the wall with the metal spacer kit (holes included if you request them).

Printing technique

We work on it in Mallorca with a choice of two techniques: UV printing directly onto the acrylic, with vivid colours and high definition, or laser engraving, colourless, for an elegant, minimalist finish. Each piece is cut and then printed or engraved when you order it.

Care

Clean it with a soft cloth, dry or slightly damp; avoid abrasive products and scourers, which can scratch the surface. More questions in our FAQ.

Frequently asked questions

How do I personalise it?

Upload your photo, text or logo on the product page with the configurator and adjust the size and position before you buy. If the configurator gives you trouble, message us on WhatsApp telling us the product and what you want, and we’ll prepare it at no extra cost.

What photo or file do I need?

Ideally a PNG with a transparent background or a PDF/SVG, at a minimum of 300 dpi at the actual print size. If you only have a phone photo, our basic design service (10 €) improves the resolution and removes the background before we print it.

What technique do you use and how do I look after it?

We use UV printing and Laser engraving, the technique best suited to this material, and it holds up well to daily use. Avoid abrasive or harsh cleaning products, and if it has batteries or electronics, keep it away from water. Check the product page for the exact care instructions.

Can I order several units or for a business?

Yes, no problem. Order as many units as you need, all with the same design or each one different. For businesses, teams or events we prepare a tailored quote with a quantity discount; send us the number of pieces and the design and we’ll get back to you.

Can I return it?

As it carries your photo, text or design, it can’t be returned for a simple change of mind, only if it arrives faulty or there’s been a mistake on our part, in which case we’ll exchange or refund it free of charge. Please check the preview carefully before confirming.
