Printing technique

We print the mug in Mallorca by sublimation: vivid colours fused into the steel coating, no vinyl and no relief, resistant to rubbing and daily use. Every mug is made to order when you buy it.

Care

Hand wash with warm water and mild soap; the lid unscrews and rinses under the tap. Do not put it in the dishwasher or the microwave. More questions? See our FAQ.

Frequently asked questions

How do I personalise it?

Upload your photo, text or logo on the product page with the configurator and preview it before you buy. If the configurator gives you trouble, message us on WhatsApp telling us what you want and on which mug, and we’ll set it up free.

What photo or file do I need?

Any well-lit, in-focus photo works, with a minimum of 300 dpi at print size; for text or a logo, send us a PNG with a transparent background or a PDF/SVG file. If your photo falls short of that, our basic design service (10 €) improves it and removes the background.

Is it dishwasher and microwave safe?

This mug holds 370 ml and generally copes with the dishwasher and microwave, unless the product page says otherwise (some metallic, magic or special-effect mugs are hand-wash only). Just avoid abrasive scourers and very harsh detergents.

How long does the print last?

We print using Sublimation, designed to keep the colour solid and stop it lifting with daily use. With normal care (no metal scourers or harsh detergents) it keeps its intensity wash after wash, whether you clean it by hand or in the dishwasher.
