The cap

Base item: Textil Mallorca — SOL’S Long Beach (ref. 00594), 100% brushed cotton 260 gsm, 5-panel cap with pre-curved peak.

Made from 100% brushed cotton, 260 gsm, with a 5-panel structure, a pre-curved peak and embroidered eyelets for better breathability. The back closure is adjustable with a metal buckle, so it fits any head. A durable staple, comfortable to wear all day.

Printing technique

We customise it in Mallorca using DTF (vivid colours, ideal for detailed designs) or embroidery (premium, very durable finish), depending on the technique you choose. Each cap is prepared when you order it.

Care

Hand wash or machine wash cold, without wringing, and leave to air dry away from direct heat sources; if embroidered, avoid ironing over the embroidery. More questions in our FAQ.

Frequently asked questions

How do I personalise it?

The price includes one personalisation; a second is 8 €, one sleeve 7 € or two sleeves 10 €. Build your design on the product page with the online configurator, or if it gives trouble, message us on WhatsApp and we’ll set it up together at no cost.

What file do I need to send?

Ideally a PNG with a transparent background or a PDF/SVG, at a minimum resolution of 300 dpi at the actual print size. If your file falls short of that, our basic design service (10 €) improves the resolution and removes the background before printing.

What technique will you use for my design?

For this garment we use DTF, direct-to-garment printing, screen printing or embroidery depending on the design, the technique that best suits the fabric and the detail in your design; we also work with DTF, screen printing or embroidery depending on the piece. If you have a preferred technique, let us know when you send your file.

What sizes and colours are available?
