Shipping costs
Standard shipping (Correos, 48/72 working hours): €6.95 on the mainland and €4.50 in the Balearic Islands
Express shipping (Correos Premium, 24/48 working hours): €8.50 on the mainland and €5.50 in the Balearic Islands
Same-day production and 24 h express shipping (Nacex, order before 11:30): €30
Free shipping on orders over €50.
Portugal: €9.95 (Correos, 4 to 7 working days); free on orders over €50.
Europe: €20 to Germany, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Austria, Ireland, Denmark, Sweden and Greece · €27.90 to the rest of the EU (Correos, 5 to 10 working days); free on orders over €150.
Express service – Same-day delivery
We offer an express service with same-day production: shop collection for €9.99 on orders placed before 11:30, and same-day delivery in Palma city (postcodes 07001-07015) for €34.99 on orders placed before 11:30. For the rest of Spain, same-day production and 24 h express shipping (Nacex) for €30 on orders placed before 11:30.
This service is available for products in stock or orders where the customer provides their own item.
It’s an ideal option for urgent orders, last-minute gifts or events.

We work with reliable transport companies to guarantee the best service:

We select the most suitable option according to the type of shipment and urgency.
Collection in store
You can also collect your order directly at our shop. It’s a quick, free option if you’re in Mallorca.
Delivery times
On the mainland and the Balearics, orders are usually delivered, depending on the chosen service, within 24/72 hours once shipped.
Orders placed before 11:30 may go out the same day depending on workload.
All time frames start from when the order leaves our warehouse.

Additional information
We currently don’t ship to the Canary Islands.
We recommend including a phone number to make delivery easier.
If you’re not in, the transport company can arrange a new delivery with you.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order before it’s shipped by contacting us by email or phone.
Once shipped, cancellation will depend on the status of the shipment and the courier company.
