Returns and refunds policy

At D-talle we have been personalising T-shirts and gifts for more than 10 years and we take great care with every order. Here is a clear explanation of what you can return and how.

Personalised products

They are made to order with your design, so they cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or damage (Art. 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU and Art. 103(c) of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007).

Defects or damage

Let us know within 7 days of delivery and send us a photo of the problem. We will remake the item or refund you at no cost to you: if you need to send it back to us, we also cover the shipping.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel your order as long as we have not started producing it. If we have ordered specific materials for your order, cancellation is charged at 30% of the order value. Once production has started, the order can no longer be cancelled.

Non-personalised products

You have 14 calendar days from delivery to return them unused and in their original packaging. We will refund you using the same payment method within 14 days of receiving the product. Return shipping is at your expense.

Size or colour changes at your request

For personalised products this is not a return: if possible, we will make the change for €5.97 per item plus shipping costs.

How to do it

Write to us at consultas@d-talle.com or on WhatsApp with your order number and we will tell you how to proceed.
